im going away end of september with my aunt to spain.

hi smurf - how are you doing ? I am (re)starting next week and i weigh 16st 4 - it seems like such a long way off doesn't it ?? How much have you lost so far - it may motivate me lol ;-)

hi brina, im doing good dont feel hungry anymore got more get up and go, think ive lost about 10lb so far and im on day 5!

wow thats fab - did u get any symptoms ie feeling crap etc, and did you get hungry. I'm always starving but i think its cos i carb binge before going on it, which is why this time i'm preparing by doing low carb for a few days first. hope it works. Can't wait to hear how your 1st WI goes on monday. let us know x
