Hi all this is my first time of doing slimming world i think i am doing it right hopefully fingers crossed i am lol.
I am hoping to lose quite abit of weight in 24 weeks as that is when im due to go on hol.
Anyway here is my food diary starting from yesterday 4/5/11
im on the extra easy plan

Day one
Breakfast - a portion of strawberries & 2 satsumas
Dinner -Jacket potatoe with marg (1syn) & baked beans with salad
Tea - chicken tikka masala with savoury rice (1syn) 2 slices wholemeal bread (he) with
marg (1syn)

snacks - strawberries, apple, shortbread round (4.5 syn)
glass of milk (he)

total of syns 8.5
