Gem's New Food Diary

    I am starting a food diary to encourage me to stick to the plan, I have been follow SW for over a year and I lost over two stone, since my holiday in April I haven't been to class since then i have slowly started to put weight on again. So I am going to try it alone and complete a diary on here, I all comments will be appreciated.


    Monday 13 June - Red Day

    Breakfast 28g honey nut shredded wheat & 350ml sk milk some saved till later.

    Snacks banana, plum, nectarine, apple

    Dinner spicy chicken, salad, gerkins, beetroot. Pineapple and melon.

    Snacks activa yoghurt, apple.

    Tea beef stir fry and soy sauce.

    Snack activa yoghurt

    1hr of Zumba.

    Tuesday 14th June EE.

    Breakfast - banana, plum, nectarine.

    Dinner - two small slices of brown bread with 42g cheese spring onion and 1 tbsp 4 syns of Mayo and chips not sure how many syns so I will say 10.

    Tea - pork chop, rice and salad.

    Snack- activa yoghurt and fruit salad.

    Total syns - 14

    It's not been a good day today as I have been in a meeting all day today and luck was provided for us.

    Oh I forgot I had a sweet and sour mug shot. !!
