Just found the website in my favourites and can't remember who it was that mentioned her.

If it was you, or you know of her - what has been your experience? Just want to know if it is worth buying her CD/book on emotional eating.

    Thanks

Hiya, I've got the books, they're a bit heavy going, but I think they'll be worth it - I might take them on holiday!!

I've got When Food is Love, and Breaking free from compulsive eating. Haven't read either yet, keep starting then putting them down, I think I need a long train journey or a holiday to get into them!!

I've got Breaking free from emotional eating, it's blimming fantastic. For me, I really wish I'd read the chapter 'on having' whilst I was doing LL, because when I got to goal, i really freaked out, and regained a bit cos I really wasn't prepared for the attention I would get! It recommends intuitive eating, but you could miss those chapters out until you are ready or for good if you don't want to adopt that approach once off SS.

    I would highly recommend it!
