Has anyone tried this or any other genetic test?
My friend sells Amway products and has recently started selling these genetic tests. Apparently they tell you whether to cut out fat, carbs or change the balance of the two for effective weight loss. They cost an arm and a leg - upwards from £300. I looked online and there seem to be tests by other companies available at a lower price.
I am not convinced that they can really work out what you should eat by genetic testing. Then again I'm not a medic or scientist. But some of us will be more knowledgeable on the subject?
