    lettuce/red onion and tomato - 0
    2 x teaspoons of light mayo - 1


    Dinner

    Fresh black tiger prawns - 1.5
    Straight to wok noodles 3/4 packet - 3
    100 ml wagamama sauce - 2
    Peppers/mushrooms/onions/brocolli/ginger/garlic & chilli flakes and lime juice - 0


    Snacks

    2 x Fig Rolls - 2
    1 x Pear - 1
    2 x bottle Heineken - 3
    Milk allowance - .5

    Total points - 24
    Total used so far - 19

    1 x Hash Brown
    butter & red sauce
    Total 7 (its what I always calculate it as)

    Lunch

    3 x Ryvitas - 1.5
    2 x Laughing cow extra light cheese triangles - 1
    2 x teaspoons light mayo - 1
    tomato/lettuce/cucumber/red onion & jalapeno pepper salad for the ryvitas

    Dinner

    Prawns - 1.5
    Brown Rice 1/2 bag - 3
    peppers/mushrooms/onion - 0
    coconut milk/curry paste/jamie oliver curry powder - 4 (but for 2 dinners) so 2

    Snacks

    3 x mandarins - 1
    milk allowance - .5
    3 bottles heineken - 4.5
    doritos - 4
