    Hello,
    I have trawled through this site for ages and love it. Have decided to give SW a real go .... as well as loving the plan I have lots of friends and family who are having great success with it. I have recently lost 1st at home on a strict low sugar diet so I know I can do this. I am not going to a club so will really rely on this site to help my through ....... I have decided to do a daily diary/blog so you can check it/make comments.

    Day One - Tues 31st August 2011 - RED

    2 x weetabix - HEB
    SS milk - HEA

    Wholemeal pitta bread - HEB
    Chicken tikka slices
    Salad of lettuce, tomato and spring onion
    1 x tbsp Mayo Light - 2.5 syns

    Jerk chicken
    Large salad dressed with extra virgin olive oil and
    balsamic vinegar - 2 syns
    1 x tbsp Mayo Light - 2.5 syns

    Strawberries/Raspberries/Blueberries
    50g Low Fat Nat Yoghurt -1.5 syns

    Cadburys Highlights - 2 syns

    Total syns - 10.5

    Day 2 - Wed 31st August - RED

    Pitta Bread - HEB
    Jerk chicken and salad
    1 x tbsp Mayo Light - 2.5 syns

    Prawn stirfry
    Noodles - 28g - 2.5 syns
    Blue Dragon Oyster and Spring Onion sauce - half a pouch - 3 syns

    Strawberries/Blueberries

    Hot Chocolate - 2 syns

    Total Syns = 10

    OK .... a couple of lessons learnt from the past couple of days ..... firstly, 5 syns worth of mayo is just not worth it and secondly 28g of noodles is P A T H E T I C !!!!!! Next time will do EE when noodles are involved ;)

    It's a new month and this month I WILL get into the 12's .....:fingerscrossed:

    Day 3 - Thurs 1st September - RED DAY

    Pitta Bread - HEB
    with chicken tikka slices and salad
    1 x tbsp mayo - 2.5 syns
    Apple


    Fresh Tuna steak
    Large salad
    28g new potatoes - 1 syn
    1 x tbsp tzatziki - 1 syn

    Strawberries / Raspberries / Blueberries
    50g Low Fat Nat Youghurt - 1.5 syns

    Total syns - 6

    ** Saving up for wine at the weekend **
