hi this is my second attempt at keeping a food diary online. I started 4 weeks ago and lost 7.5lbs so far. This week i have stayed the same hoping cos its my * week cos ive been doing loads of walking and im now in training for a 30km walk in 12 weeks time so im hoping for a good loss next week.
Thats why i decided to start a new diary in the hope i can get some advice where im going wrong:sigh:
Wednesday 21st March
Breakfast
2 Weetabix (HEXB)
375ml Skimmed Milk (HEXA)
strawberries and blueberries
Snack
1 banana
Lunch
Prawns, lettuce, tomatoes, beetroot, sweetcorn, onion,
1 tbsp light thousand island dressing (1/2 syn)
diced potatoes fryed in actifry with fry light
snack
mullerlight mint yoghurt
mandarin, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, plum and grapes
Dinner
Chicken breast
pasta 'n' sauce wholemeal tomato and basil made with water
peppers, onions, sweetcorn, baby corn, tomatoes
Snack
Mullerlight yoghurt
mandarin, strawberry, blueberries, kiwi, grapes
