Right I've really neglected my poor food diary so Im gonna start afresh and keep this as up to date as I keep My journal!

Im currently on 24pts a day, this will go down to 23 when I hit 21 in december =[

Banana - 1.5

Mid-Morning Snack

Wotsits - 1.5

Lunch

WW mexican bean soup - 1.5
2x WW bread - 1
2 x Clemintines - 0.5

Afternoon Snack

Curly Whirly - 2.5
Banana - 1.5

Dinner

Peppercorn beef - 4.5
Rice - 3
LF choc mousse - 1.5

Skinny Cow hot choc - 1

23 points used - Not sure how many saved from yesterday
