ok so i started slimming world on the 4/1/2012 and i have lost 8.5lb!!! yay!!

I am however disapointed with last nights WI :( I lost 0.5lb and although a loss is always good i feel it should have been better as i felt i had a good week!

Finding you lovely people on here yesterday got me thinking :confused: a food diary is the way to go!

So best of luck to everyone on their weight loss journey and fingers crossed i can help and be helped :D
 
Food Diary 1/2/2012

Breakfast - 2 alpen light bars (choc & orange) HExB
Apple S
Lunch - uncle Bens Rice time pot (sweet & sour)
Activia fat free yog (vanilla)
Apple S
Dinner - Boiled rice
Grilled chicken (marinated in fat free natural yog and spices)
Salad
Snacks - 2 SW strawberry cupcakes 2.5 syns each

Recipe for cupcakes can be found on the slimming world website (or see below) however they are not really cupcakes more like a kinda pastry, sort of like the stuff profiteroles are made from!
They are sweet and yummy :)

Recipe:
110g self raising flour
3 eggs (room temp)
60g of low fat spread
6-8 tbsp of sweetner
1/2 tsp of strawberry flavouring
2-3 drops of vanilla essence

For topping
Icing sugar
water
strawberrys

Lunch - jacket potato, cottage cheese, sweetcorn, apple S
Dinner - batcholers pasta'n'sauce (cheese & broc) 1syn

Snacks - strawberrys SS and activa yog (vanilla)

Drinks - coffee and water
