2016 Fitness/Fatness Status Changes
OK, lean is probably an overstatement, but it rhymed
I feel as though I mainly fluked a lot of that weight loss, beginner's luck and all that. When I go back to work I don't want to re-start without being more organised and having some better routines and coping mechanisms in place. I am bound to be more busy/stressed as I got a promotion and now need to be more managerial - I thought the best place to start was with me!
So, how do you organise yourself to make sure you succeed with JUDDDing? Can we make a list to keep ourselves on track?
