Get me into ketosis!!!

Hi all!

Im April, 24 years, work full time in sales and have a 2 and a half yr old daughter Summer....
So I've done every diet. WW, SW, Cambridge, maple syrup, Atkins etc etc

I have found Atkins the only one that doesn't give me temptation! As I know if I spoil my good day with a sweet treat, I've had a really bad food day and I will be straight out of ketosis.

Recently had a short stint on SW but due to it being nearly summer and lots of bbqs and also my lifestyle, in re starting Atkins tomorrow. (tonight in having one last blow out of a curry and alcohol ;))

I will post a diary and am a bit rusty with Atkins so if u see me going wrong, please shout!!
But I mainly eat chicken, pork, turkey, eggs, full fat Mayo, tuna, lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, mushrooms and cook my meats in butter.
What other veggies are ok in induction?

Also any soups I can make??x

Feel good today and have had a great food day!!
(I very rarely eat breakfast as I just can't hack it...in case u wonder where that meal is!)

L: small prawn salad (prawns mixed with full fat Mayo and small splash of Tom ketchup), lettuce, cucumber and celery.

D: BBQ! Lots of meat (none marinated for me!!) chicken, turkey, pork, lamb, 1 sausage (3.4 net carbs) and 2 burgers (4.5 net carbs).

Liquid: 2 litres water, 2 cans diet coke.

Nice and full but NOT bloated!!! :D love this diet!!

Like I said before, if u c me going wrong....shout ;)
Gonna miss my nightly hot chocolate! Can I not just count the net carbs in it and put it towards my daily limit?? (wishful thinking??)

Today's been fine. Mega busy in work so not has time to think about food!!

B: scrambled eggs

L: tuna in spring water (drained), with full fat Mayo, celery, onions.
2 sausages left over from BBQ

D: garlic roasted chicken with lettuce, celery, and cucumber.

2.5 litres of water, 2 green teas

:D

B: mushroom and cheese omlette

L: chicken (mixed with mayo n small amount of mustard) with lettuce, cucumber, celery and onions

D: BBQ!! Ribs, meats, sausage. All low carb and no marinade. Prawns and salad too
