Hiya everyone
Well i have 49lbs to lose to get to my goal of 11 stone

Ive recently put on a stone and im feeling very low

So heres to fresh Start 6th January 2011

Tomorrow I will have a green day

Breakfast
black coffee

Lunch
jacket potato with beans marg 1 syn, greek salad cheese hexb, pasta pieces, sweetcorn, tomato cucumber dressing 2 syns

Dinner
1x pitta hexb and hexa of cheese , pasta, mushrooms, onions

Hot choc 2 syns

* My goal is to stick to 7 syns a day *

You forgot to add your superfree food! do you normally drink black coffee, if not I don't recommend that you go without as you will end up miserable and be setting yourself up for failure!
 
I dont like milk err :).........i will be having mushrooms, onions, tomato puree, corguette and tomato on my pizzas i just couldnt be bothered to type it :) I lost 4 stone lat year but have had a bad 4 months so need to kick start it again....need a kick up the bum xx
