Getting back into it after being ill?

I was on day 13 of CD doing really well then became quite poorly (I think it was on of those 24 hour bugs) so my OH made me things like bread and soup after or mashed potato. I'm since feeling better but am struggling to get back into it after eating carbs! Do I need to go right back to the beginning? Any tips?

I would have a first day of eating normal food but without any carbs, like a beef stew with lots of veg, or any meat with veg, cheese, yogurt, fruits... Then second day will be easier going straight back on Cambridge meals. It worked for me, I was on ketosis on day 2 :0)

Totally agree with mamaye, I stoped eating carbs for 2 days before I started cd and I was also in ketosis by the second day :)
