Well weighed today after 1st week back on the wagon from my minor blip due to weekend away.

not doing full ss, but will continue on CD 1000. have added into the week my hiking/walking as much as pssible plus the 30 day challenge on EA Active on the Wi.

have lost 1lb. not the best start but its the right way.

its time to stop obessing about my weight as much as i have. if all i do over the comming weeks is stay the same i will be happy. as i think that im where i should be. even my doctor is saying i look normal.

not sure if thats a compliment. ive been doing VLCD since last July. so..... nows the time to live my life, enjoy my newly found activity level without reverting back to vegging on the sofa eating junk everyday.

will continue to weigh in and stay on cd1000 as would love to say im just OVERWEIGHT when I hit 18st 7lbs which I know i will get to soon.
