Getting enough "good" fat

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone had tips for getting an adequate amount of "good" fat, I guess oily fish is probably best?
Sometimes I have a tiny bit of olive oil instead of frylight so that I feel less like bingeing or I'll use a little bit of flora on my toast.

I use Udo's Choice oil, it has all your omegas and tastes lovely - it can be found in Holland & Barrett's i'm sure, although I order it online. You don't heat this oil, just use it mixed in salads etc. You can use olive oil as your hex, otherwise yip, oily fish, eggs, nuts, seeds. xx
 
Thanks guys! I'll try Udo's choice and avocado (not tried it for years!). I've been having nuts, eggs and fish more frequently. Sometimes if I don't have enough fat in the day I think I feel much more hungry and it's unhelpful as I end up bingeing!
