I have completed 5 days of attack so far and have lost 7lbs. I'm going to keep going for a few more days just to get the maximum boost I can. I started taking a multivitamin today as I've read some comments on here saying they're a good idea. I've been eating oatbran porridge for breakfast, crabsticks, sliced chicken and sliced beef for lunch, chicken, salmon, prawns, steak or omelettes so far and have managed without cheating at all. The occasional flavoured yoghurt or sugar free jelly to help with sugar cravings too. I had a box of chocolates given to me at school last week and they've been on my desk but I've been offering them to other staff all week and haven't touched one myself. Unheard of for me! I am going out for a family birthday meal next week but plan to make it my first cruise day. I'm going to have steak and a salad so I don't spoil all my hard work. I'm also looking forward to making my favourite turkey mince yuk sung type thing. I tried someone's recipe for turkey meatballs the other day, they were delicious, thank you fellow Dukaners!
