Getting my a$$ to goal............. This may take some time!

Hey everyone,

This is not my first time to try WW so I have been here before a number of times & I have never made it to goal - THIS HAS TO BE MY TIME!!!

Start Weight 13st 0.5lbs
Goal Weight 9st 13lbs

I had my first WI & lost 2.5lbs so quite happy with that.

I WI on a Saturday morning so will update with my WI results each week.

I am really bad with bingeing tho after every WI I just binge on everything possible & its not just the Saturday but the Sunday too.

I need to nip this in the bud ASAP.

I am going to try my best to have a 100% October 2012 & then hope that once I manage this it will become 2nd nature to me & will be more of a lifestyle than a diet.

Anyway this is the plan - I shall keep you all posted.

Drinks - Black Coffee with Sweetener, Pepsi Max, Fanta Zero

Total 28pps.

Well I havent been very good at updating this then have I - I told you at the start I sucked at this kinda stuff LOL

The good news is that I have stuck to the plan 100% & I had WI this morning so I lost 2lbs this week.

Thats my total loss to 5lbs with 38.5lbs to go.

Ok so the whole daily diary fell by the wayside quite quickly - sorry

Still on plan 100% for the whole of October - I am soooooooooooooo proud of myself for managing this far.

I have not been out at all so kept myself in deliberately so that I could do this but tbh I havent even minded at all.

I had WI this morning & lost 0.5lb & I think I know the reason why - I was working till 9pm all this week so getting home & eating at like 10pm - This is not good for me & I think that when I am on a later shift again I will plan to have my dinner in work earlier so that when I get home I am not eating anything but its hard to plan around it cos I cant cook anything in work at a proper dinner time.

Anyhoo enough ramblin - I'm off to make my dinner

Hey peeps,

Well I had WI on Saturday & got my first silver 7 - I am mega chuffed!!!

I have lost in total 7.5lbs since I have joined.

As you can see from this diary I have been rubbish at posting all the time but I will promise to keep you all posted on my WI's every week.

Hi Doll. I struggle with late hours then having to eat late, hence my big BIG pots of stew that I can just ping in work. i find this definetly helps.
 
Oh Im gonna get a big pot of soup on to watke to work with me.

I STS this week - Then had a night out on Saturday & Sunday so will probably have a gain this week.

Oh well back on it today with a vengeance
