Im going out for a friends birthday next week and wondered what i should drink? im not a huge drinker and i only drink every few months. Would diet coke and vodka be the lowest syns?

got to be lower than what i was drinking on the week end lol. i would say thats the best bet.

Yeah i always stick to vodka and diet coke. I think most spirits are 2.5 syns for single shot and then its its diet pop your ok. Watch with lemonade though. I've noticed a few pubs round here don't do diet lemonade

Depends on the measures, 25ml is 2.5 syns, 40ml is 4 syns. At home I use a shot glass, which is 40ml.
