Hello Ladies,
Here I am starting slimming world and I'm ready to go! I have a stone, maybe a little more to shift and it's day one today for me. I have 2 boys 3.5yrs and 18mths and they keep me on my toes! Good luck to everyone else starting out - let's make it a big success and even bigger loss!
I haven't been shopping yet so making the most of what I have in!
Extra Easy Day for me today.
HeA: Semi-skimmed Milk
HeB: Nothing yet
B: Scrambled Egg, tinned toms and 2 bacon slices (no fat of course!)
L: Asda chicken noodles, dried (I think they're 2.5 syns)
T: Baked potato and beans. Roast Veg cous cous (Ate about quarter syn worth of oxo)
Snack: 2x Jaffa cakes (5) (I haven't had these yet so may change my mind!)
Total Syns: 8
