So day 1 on attempt 3. Well they do day 3rd time lucky and I'm really determined to do this.
Breakfast was pretty simple,

*bowl of cereal with semi skimmed milk (need to go shopping to get skimmed) - 5 pp

I'm on 26 a day so 21 to go, feeling pitta bread for lunch but see how I feel a bit later.

Ok so yesterday

Lunch-
Cereal and milk -5


Dinner -
Pitta bread -4
Chicken - 4
Homemade potato wedges -3 ( I am right in thinking, it's 1pp for 50g raw?)
Salad - 0
Extra light mayo - 1

Snacks -
Apple
Orange
Guilty snack - widow gold, (shocking 7pp!!!)

Total for the day 29.... =( got a little caught out with the chocolate, won't be doing that again!!

Had a good 8/9 glasses of water.

Bit disappointed but for a first day, I think I did rather well lol, considering I'm known for having 2/3 chocolate bars!! Bad times!! Lol

Haha.. I meant to say wispa gold... iPhone predictive text lol.

I'm so proud of myself though, I didn't have chocolate yesterday!!! That's the first day in months.... I sound like a right addict!! Ha
