Given up dieting

After years of trying every mad, bad and completely crazy diet out there I made a decision a month ago to not bother with them anymore, I have thrown away my scales and now am focusing on doing more home cooking and eating good quality food without calorie or point counting or weighing of any of that stuff. Doing a lot more exercise too. And I feel great!! Already I feel better, sleep better, have become fitter and I know I am losing weight as I can feel my clothes feeling better. It feels very liberating to know I can lose weight and not obsess about food. :D
