    Morning everyone!

I am now on day 6 and feeling fine today.. alot better than yesterday (thanks to u guys) :) got my first weigh in tomorrow and im sooo looking forward to it!!

Im babysitting my friends dog today to try and keep me occupied and busy so i dont think about food! haha!

Anyway.. i am due to give blood tomorrow i have had it booked for a while but i am pretty concerened now as i am on this diet?! Has anybody else given blood or been advised not to? This diet can make me feel weak at times and i also feel weak after every time i have given blood so i am unsure as to whether or not it is a good idea?!

Blood viscosity and volume are affected by the Total Food Replacement programme.

If you want to give blood you have to be off Lipotrim for one week preceding blood donation and for one week after.

This goes for all Total Food Replacement diets.

Before you actually donate the nurse will test a drop of your blood to check your haemoglobin levels etc. If in any doubt ask your nurse or phlebotomist, luckily i'm not due in again until august and hopefully i'll be able to refeed for a couple of weeks beforehand.

Good luck hunny, well done and thank you for donating, it may save someone's life ♥♥
