I know I already have a diary on here, but i haven't posted on it in so long. And I'd rather start a brand new diary and forget about the past. I never gave up but just let things slip a bit, getting back into it all again now. More determined now to get fit and healthy :D

I've lost around 2 stone now (put 2lbs back on last weigh in, after having too much chocolate etc..., just didn't put it on here, hoping it will have gone by now :p).

Nearly time for this weeks weigh in... hope my week of trying to be healthier has paid off! :)

Today. Lost 3lbs. Including the 2 I put on last time :) I just tried on some trousers that I haven't worn for a while because they were a bit tight around the thighs and they're slightly baggy!!! :D

Less than 3 weeks until sonisphere festival, don't think i'm gonna manage to get to 3 stones lost by then but i'm gonna try to lose as much as I can :) Can't wait to get my hair done next monday, need a change!!! Also can't wait to go shopping the weekend after to get new clothes ready for the festival :D

Lost 1lb this week. Not one of the best weeks, going to try harder next week! So close to getting under 200lbs! Once that happens I will be happy! lol

Oh good luck with getting under 200lbs Gizmo! you are so close too. Thats one of my goals for this coming month to break that 200lb barrier!

Heya, at least you lost rather than putting on, that's the main thing, good stuff. Best wishes for kicking that 200lb barrier in the arse. :)

Lost another lb so now im under 200lbs! :D Missing out next weeks weigh in because i'm going to Sonisphere Festival. Might do an early weigh in before I go on thursday :)

I've only lost 1lb since 2 weeks ago, but i'd kinda slipped a bit, ate too much this week. Oops! Time to get back on track now though! think i'm nearly down a size because my size 18 jeans are getting too loose :) Need to post on here more, might help motivate me lol

I will post on here more!! :) Lots of stress, with deciding what i'm gonna do with my life, sorting out stuff and car had its mot which was very expensive. On the plus side, had to walk instead of drive to work yesterday and this morning :p

STS last week, but i'm not worried about that. just need to relax tonight and i'll feel happier :) the attempt to get into a good exercise routine tomorrow, feel much happier once ive exercised lol

Lost 4lbs :D And feeling so much happier lately. Finally things are looking up.

Going to declutter my room over today and tomorrow. Which also means going through all my clothes and getting rid of stuff that is too big for me! :) Not going to buy new stuff for a while, no point when I won't be able to wear them for long lol :p

Eeek, been neglecting this diary! :eek: Keep meaning to post but never get round to lol

Won't be on here much as im trying to cut computer time out of my life. Used to go on waaay too much :p Feel alot less stressed lately and more confident! I'm sure the weight loss has helped with that. atm 18 is too big on me but 16 is still to tight :eek: Soon, ill be able to fit though!! lol

Changed my goal weight from 10st to 11st. mainly coz i realised that because of my height, getting down to 10st might be a little bit too much. Will just see how i feel at 11st and go from there. cant wait until i can go out on a spending spree for a whole new wardrobe! :D

I want to get down to 11st then see how I feel then. 10st might be too low for me. My bro is over 10st and thin and were around the same height i think lol

Thinking about starting weightwatchers, at least go to some form of meeting. theres ww and sw meetings around here but sw is on a thurs and i cant make it coz of work. but i can make the ww meetings. might cost me, but my health is really important to me so i think it could be worth it. doing this alone is turning out to be a big epic fail since im finding it hard to stop comfort eating and i dont exactly eat healthily coz of the comfort eating even though im trying to stop =/

Well like I said looks like you’ve done lots already, I can definitely sympathise with the comfort eating! Do you go to the gym? That’s the bit I’ve neglected so far, convincing myself I can’t afford it even though I was looking at stuff like Lighter Life a few months ago.

Do you have any big friends (thinking about doing it alone)?

My mum did Weight Watchers and it definintely worked, though that was a while ago and she has put a bit of weight back on but it definitely works if you’re serious about it, and like you said you are about your health!
