Glad to be back

Started weight watchers last week after 10 months of being not on a diet! Was happy to see Id only put on half a stone, which after eating alot of mcdonalds and nandos was a pleasent surprise :)

Just got weighed tonight and lost 4.5lbs, and forgot how amazing it feels to loose weight and be in control of your food! That bikini body is in sight ;)
