Glorious Skinny soup?

Hi I am trying to get my head round slimming world, i have the books, but couldn't find these in them.

I bought these Skinny soups from asda. Are they free on any day or a healthy extra do I need to syn them? I bought new England butternut squash and North African spiced veggies

Am i right in 20 cals is 1 syn?

The Butternut squash one is 10 syns for 600g

The African veg one is 8.5syns for 600g.

With soups you are betteroff making your own, it can be very easy and syn free and full of superfree.

Thank you hun, glad I didnt have one for lunch.There was me thinking they were healthy, Oh well know what hubbys got for lunch the next 2 days!
