Gluten free pasta...free?

Hi all,

Can someone confirm if all gluten free pasta is free on EE and Green?

Had a big gain last week and want to narrow down what it might be.

Have written down the values of a few different types... Thanks in advance x x

Orgran Per 100g

Energy 331kcal
Protein 6.6
Carbs 72.3
Fat 1.0

Macaroni twists per 100g

Energy 1480kj (no kcal value given)
Protein 5.7
Carbs 79.4
Fat 1.0

Brown rice Elbow pasta per 56g

Energy 200kcal
Protein 4g
Carbs 43
Fat 1.5

All of the Orgran GF dried pasta is free on EE and Green.

Hi erm,
Even if it's gluten free? The reason I ask is that they are all made of different flours an flour combinations and I want to get this right so I don't undo all of my hard work.

Feeling very blue so am being very cautious

I would have thought so because all flour is pretty much the same syns anyway. Its just that pasta is one way you can eat flour for free tbh :D
 
Ive just run a couple through the calculator and they're coming out as free whether I use pasta or rice as a free food so I dont think theres any problem :)

Oh sorry I see Rorah already did that :doh: Sorry Rorah! :)

Pasta is just made of ground durum wheat/semolina, using rice flour or any other flour shouldn't make any difference, theyre all about the same calories wise :)
