gluten free sausages

hi guys, im not at home and have no shakes with me. ive just been to the asda and bought gluten free sausages with trace amounts of carbohydrates... u think these will be ok to eat?xx

Did u eat the sausages? Were they nice? Did they effect your weight at all? Being nosy cos I'm dying for a BBQ in this lovely weather
