I have signed up to do this - I am very intrigued. I have measured my bits and I am an apple shape. I am not going to eat their diet but follow the exercises they have devised for each body type. Anyone else?
I may have to burn mine after tomorrow, I haven't measured myself for a number of years. They (GMTV) suggest that is the first thing you do tomorrow, then again every week, or at the end of the 6 weeks. It might be a different way of keeping me motivated, rather than just weigh loss.
okay - so I have checked the website and they have listed the exercises each shape needs to complete. Its seems a bit vague, you can watch the video to see the exercises, but they don't explain how to do them so you don't injure yourself.
