i have a greetings card that i carry around with me at all times, it has all my reasons why i want to loose weight, a picture of me at my biggest, a picture of the dress i want to wear when i get to my goal and a little calendar so i can tick off the days, i make sure i look at it once a day and then whenever i really want something i know i'm not allowed. I find it helps, buts thats me.

This motivates me all the time. It gives me a picture how far I am and what progress I made. It can also help others to show how different people lost weight in a period of time. I have a picture of me like Electric Lilac to remind me how big I was...

i also have big a4 pictures of me on day 1 on my fridge and cupboard doors lol just in case i am tempted
