What are your short term goals that keep you going - i know i want to lose 3 stone - but right now that seems a huge amount and think i need some short term ones - only one i can come up with is to reach club 10 by october half term hols and to get down to 11 stone by xmas. Want to be at target weight by feb (my birthday) so i can have something fancy to wear for my birthday - what is everyone elses?? Just curious!
