Going for Green and Goal!

Didn't do too bad nor too brilliantly - but seeing it was Emily Bronte's birthday and my first day back on plan it could have gone a lot worse.

Had a lot of fruit today - it was a large bunch of grapes! Found the yogurts were reduced in Sainsbury's .... and they were morish. I was planning on having salad tonight but had Pasta'n'Sauce instead for supper.

I'll be doing mainly green days - I used to have 4 weetabix for breakfast but didn't want to be too greedy this morning.

Didn't have a good nights sleep last night - so have been snoozing during the day. Had me nails done. Minimal walking of Pickle.

Got up - I bag of s&v ryvita Min's (HEB1)

Breakfast - 5 oat bran (HEB2) and Be Good to Yourself Cottage cheese

snack - banana, blueberries and grapes

Lunch - from cafe jacket potato, baked beans and cheese (HEA 1&2+ 10 syns guestimate) and salad (no dressing)

Tea - pasta, Quorn pieces, passata.
