Going GI in Sweden!

Hi, I joined here a couple of days ago. I think this forum is a great place. I just went GI on Thursday. I'm changing my eating habit for the better now.

If anyone has done GI or is, please let me know how it went for you. Any helpful tips is greatly appreciated.

Ops, now I have two introductions. I made one the other day, but it never showed up, so this morning I made another one. But after I posted my new one, my old one popped up on the forum list. Sorry about making two introduction posts. I'm a newbie and I have no idea how to delete the topic or post >_<
