I'd probably opt for the soup to start so long as it wasnt cream based then chicken escollops with no sauce and new potatoes. Have fun and well done on ur weight loss so far :)
 
Some sort of steak should be fine - if it comes with chips, they tend to be around 6 syns per 100g if they're oven baked, so you could allow yourself some without eating the whole portion, and bulk up wth the side salad? And I'd agree with the soup - but maybe you could allow yourself a flexi syns day and enjoy whatever you fancy?
