Going it alone!

I won't bore anyone by explaining what I'm doing on here, but I've just joined and written a blog about why, which I think you can see if you go on my profile?? Not 100% sure, but nevermind.

Basically, I'm doing the slimming world extra easy diet and doing it alone as I can't afford the group membership and I don't want to be weighed in front of loads of people :p

If anyone can give me handy tips, like low syn snacks to satisfy those cravings, or easy recipes for yummy free or low syn meals I'd really appreciate it and would be happy to reciprocate :)

Week 1: -7lbs :D
