Going on a diet need help

So I know the daily intake for an average man is between 2000-2500 calories but obviously to lose weight I need to eat less than around 1000-1500 calories and no sugars to make the body start using stored fat for energy rather than sugar.

What I need help is with the following 2 things

1) as I will be restricting my diet i was wondering about my vitamin intake which may not be sufficient due to smaller portions and menu cut downs. Would taking something like 1 Centrum capsule daily help this?

2) I also enjoy drinking more than I do eating so is there like a drink which has 0 sugars or sweeteners but some sort of carbohydrate? Perhaps dilute in water powders?
This is because I could be taking a sip of the drink every so often when I feel hungry between meals and keeping my stomach digesting the small amount of carbohydrates that this drink has. Whilst also keeping to the target of bellow 1500 calories daily
