Step 1 Sole Source + going onto 200cal meal?

Anyone be able to explain what i can have please? in detail cause my cdc is away for 2 weeks
Like can i have things like use my allowence like half the chicken with some cottage cheese and things like
( i know its mad but im craving! ) a little quarn mince with a quarn sausage and quarn bacon with some veg if it fits in the weight allowence? Please let me know im craving so bad!! x
 
i'm just going off the little book you get given, but yes you can mix and match, but you might struggle with the fact that the 200cal meal is tiny (i.e. your chicken will be pathetic haha). As for the Quorn i've been nosying across the site and its rather taboo on what is and isn't allowed, but i don't think you can do the sausages. I think its the mince and the pieces? Don't hold me to that though, i'm no cdc ;)
 
You're right sugarised, only the quorn pieces and mince are allowed. And you can indeed mix and match, so have half the chicken allowance with half the cottage cheese allowance, for example. :)
