Its a little cafe which has fab food, this is their menu online Crichton's Kitchen

What would you say would be best, dont want baked potato

Honestly most things other than the jackets looks very high syns!

Chicken and bacon salad would need to allow at least a few syns for bacon fat, plus any dressing.
Gammon steak with egg if you don't eat the chips, maybe see if they will swap chips for a big salad? Still looking at syns for frying the gammon and egg though.
