Going to loo

Are we allowed senna tablets on this diet ? I havent been to loo for 2 days the fibreclear doesnt work ive tried it. Last time I went I seemed to have turned into a bunny rabbit if you know what I mean

Rabbit droppings are normal for me on LT. Im trying benefiber this time round to see if its any good.

I have the opposite problem but as least with lipo trim I only go 2 times daily instead of 10 it's is quite explosive tho I think it's to do with the artificial sugars

My pharmacist told me to take senna luv, I didn't go at all last week so thought i had better take something. I have got some psyllium husks tabs from holland and barratt today to see if they keep me regular lol - someone else on here said they help. So don't leave it too long before you take something luv or you will be very uncomfortable. x
