Gold member problem with esource

Hi reached my goal yesterday ? and rang weight watchers to tell them to cancel my monthly pass but when I have tried to get onto my iPhone app today it won't let me on it says the username isn't recognised?? When I go on to the weight watchers website it lets me log in but the pan manager has gone!! Does anybody know why this has happened?

When you get to Gold you still have to pay for access to E-source. I'm surprised they didn't tell you when you cancelled your pass, it's cheaper just for E-source access but you still have to pay

Oh and WELL DONE on goal!!
