Breakfast - 2 fat free fromage frais (ok may not be entirely right but did get to shop until lunchtime!)
Lunch - roast chicken - hot from Morrisons - minus skin :(

Dinner - boiled egg/salmon - baked in oven/mussels
Followed by ff ff with today's portion of oat bran

Lots of water & black tea

All in all it's been a good day & I haven't been hungry at all. :)

Looking forward to tomorrow now
 
Another good day today - apart from DH trying to buy me a chocolate thing in Tescos to make up for being an a**e!!

Me = not impressed!!! :rolleyes:

B - ff fromage frais
Snack mid am - bodied egg & some chicken
L - tin sardines (in brine) & chicken
Snack after work - ham
D - venison burger x 2 (v low carbs & fat) & a boiled egg followd by sugar free jelly, ff ff & topped off with oatbran - not quite crushed Oreo cookies but ok :D

Lots of water & black tea (no sugar)

Have eaten far less than normal but pleased that haven't been hungry.

Looking forward to the dreaded day 3 tomorrow ;)
