    here goes.....

    saturday 20th feb 2010

    Extra easy
    breakfast----apple 2xryvita (heb) and flora extra light

    lunch------beef rice with chopped tomatoes and cucumber

    tea----sweet chilli chicken and homity pie(using my hea 4 cheese )

    1/2 sin for sweet chilli sauce
    6 syn for a curly wurly
    1/2 syn for flora

    TOTAL SYNS=7

    EXTRA EASY

    breakfast~~~28g special k sustain....heb with 350ml skimmed milk...hea

    dinner~~~~~roast duck,mushy peas , roast potatoes in frylight,brocoli,carrots,cabbage,
    gravy
    rasberry cheesecake(oops)small yorkie


    curly wurly small bunch of grapes

    yorkie~~~~2 1/2
    sins~~~curly wurly 6
    gravy 2
    cheesecake ?????

    MONDAY 21ST FEB
    EXTRA EASY

    B=mixed fruit and greek yogurt

    L=batchelors beef rice+ few tomatoes+2 chunks melon

    snack 2 x ryvita (heb)with chicken

    t=shepards pie with corned beef,mushrooms oxo ,onions,sweetcorn,petit pois, topped with sweet potato and normal potato mashed with 2 x lcel,served with runner beans and carrots cooked in oven with a butter bud.


    syns - 2 laughing cow extra light 2
    corned beef - (princess lean 200g 4
    butter bud - 1/2
    curly wurly - 6

    TOTAL SYNS 6 1/2 Meal split between 6 so i make that 3? syns

    syns for day = 9

    23RD FEB

    Breakfast
    pear and plum+2 ryvita(heb)with flora extra light

    DINNER

    Baked potato with chilli + 42 g of half fat cheese(hea)fresh pineapple

    TEA

    Out for a meal but will try too be good ie salad,my dads birthday so not sure if any syns prob will be im weak lol and its only once a year x

    flora extra light=1/2 syn

    was very good had a ham salad ,no dressing,but what did let it down was the wholemeal bread and butter and then,wait for it the treacle sponge pudding with custard.naughty i know x


    syns not sure now...........

    EXTRA EASY

    2x toast,heb with a little spread 1/2 syn and a pear

    tuna salad with loads of toms and cucumber spring onion lettuce


    apple and 42g low fat cheese hea

    roast chicken in a mushroom gravy 2syns,hassleback potatoes ,petios pois and sweetcorn

    THURSDAY 25TH~~~~EXTRA EASY

    chunks of melon

    beans on toast..heb...with 2xpoached egg on top ,fresh pineapple chunks


    homemade burger and chips with a salad and coleslaw mixed with greek yogurt 1 tbsp salad cream extra light,1 syn and mayo extra light 1/2 syn,plus dry fried red onion on top of burger

    french fries 4 1/2 syns

    total syns =51/2...coleslaw split between two

    oops ive not had any a choices today,maybe 2 drops of milk in tea but literally a drop

    saturday and sunday absolute disaster...too embarassed to wirte what ive eaten but its finished now and out the system start again tomorrow

    beef rice salad then kiwi pineapple and red grapes

    oaty bar 1xb

    quorn lasagne and salad + 2x42g cheese=2xa

    curly wurly = 6 syns

    GREEN DAY

    2 x weight watchers wholemeal bread 1xb + flora extra light

    shape fuller for longer

    6x crackerbread 2nd b choice and fruit

    quorn chilli and rice then strawberries greek 0% yogurt with 2 mini meringues


    6xmikado 3 syns
    2xmini merinuges 2 syns
    spread 1 syn

    total syns = 6

    apple and pineapple chunks

    stuffed peppers with rice and salad + melon

    beef curry with loads of added veg and rice

    french fries =4 1/2 syns
    mini merangue= 1 syn
    curly wurly = 6 syns
    few bits in curry =2 syns

    total=13 1/2

    hi,ive just looked in my book i meant to write 6 x ryvita wholegrain crackerbread,sorry was in a rush when i was writing this.they are also a heb just checked (thank god ) but thanks for the comment x

    yogurt apple

    beanfeast and spagetti with added veg

    slimming world chips, gammon ,fresh pineapple ,petit pois,corn on the cob, grilled tomato and a poached egg

    stayed the same this week

    weather spoons breakfast large

    2 cup cakes

    chippy chips


    oops not to good today but i like having treats after weigh in start again morrow x

    chinese..not so good oops was late didnt have time to start from scratch

    chilli soup with 42 g cheese 1xa choice + 6 mikados = 3 syns

    beef casserole ,roast potatoes and mixed veg
