Today im making the classic chicken curry in the slimming world magazine but im doing it in my slow cooker Yummy Yum

Sunday 2nd January

Pack of ham :)

half a Homemade cheesecake with 2 alpen light bars 6 syns and 2 highlights sachets and quark

Total 15.5 syns and goddd have they tasted good !! xx

So out of my 60 syns i have had 53 :) im going to try and have 10 syns a day for the rest of the week as im going back to work tuesday and will hopefully eat less :) x

So out of my 90 syns i have had 84.5 Is it okay that im eating all of my syns ? i know some people keep it below a certain amount !! and is it ok to save a few up and tally it weekly ??

Hi, your diary looks great!! Just thought I would mention that Danone Shape yogurts are syn free and very yummy!!

I had slimming world chips last night (boiled potatos then put them in the oven with a little fry light)..... I counted that as free because I'm on a green plan.... but should I have put 6.5?! Sorry i'm new to this :D

Looking good - hows the weight loss going?

Which menu week plan have you lost more on?
