Well Ive really enjoyed today. I had porridge for brekkie, tuna/pasta/salad and grapes for lunch and am going to tuck into some homeade chicken/veg soup with a yoghurt before I head back out to work.

I even had a mini packet on maryland cookies - only 7 syns with my coffee - yummy!!!! I must go and buy some sweetner though as I have used 5 syns on sugar today as unfortuantley I am a coffee addict (I have cut down today though but only 'cos Im working lol!!) x

Sounds good MG! Have you thought about doing a food diary on here? It really helps me and I enjoy looking at other peoples' for inspiration!X

Im filling one in on paper at the moment for the consultant but once I stop doing those I will do as its seems a good way of keeping on track x

Great, it definitely helps me! And makes me think twice about whether I put things into my mouth! Do I really want to write down 3 Curly Wurlies that have cost me 18 syns? No, in that case I'll have just the one!! 6 syns sounds sooo much better! LOL!
