Good number of calories per day, if I want to loose 1-2 stone in 6-8 weeks?

Your best bet is to go to My Fitness Pal.. You fill in a few questions and it calculates your cals for you.. Lots of us on cc use it.. I'm pretty sure most of us are on 1200 but we are ladies :) and I'm guessing from your user name you are a gent..

Well done on the fantastic weight lose so far :D

Thank you so much for the reply, might try 1200 as I had 1000 in my head for some reason? And thanks again, I been maintaing for about 6 weeks now but want to get back on track to shift the rest! Think a change of plan is what I need :)

If you are a man 1200 calories is not enough, you need to complete the questions to get your amount!
