Good Things About Losing Weight!?

Hi Everyone.

I know there was a thread like this a couple of years ago but I cant find it

In my adult years i've went from slim (10 stone) to over 15stone. Then I lost over 5 stone went down to 10. And from 10 back up 14 odd again (what I am currently)

So I have been skinny - fat - skinny - fat so I know the absolute amazing feeling of losing weight, and I know how horrible being over weight is.

Anyway - what would you consider a good thing about losing weight? - I'll start -

- being able to shop in normal shops
- looking in the mirror & feeling great rather than fat
- not having obsessive thoughts about food
- feeling "Normal"
- less body aches
- being invited to something, and rather than thinking - nope, no way, I'll be fat & ugly no matter what I wear, actually thinking...hmmm what can I wear, what would look nice.
- knowing that people will see "Me" rather than my weight.
- knowing other women wont be secretly thinking....thank god i'm skinnier than her.
- Not having to be worried about taking my jacket incase someone sees the label (size)
- Not having to take food with me wherever I go - just incase.
- Getting in & out the bath easily

Being able to wear all the beautiful clothes in my 'bought brand new for when I'm thin' bag which is currently stashed like a dirty secret in my wardrobe! ;) (before they go out of fashion or the moths eat them!)

Yeah thats another one, I've been thinking my OH hasn't been as happy about my weight recently, we've been together 10 years & my weights always up & down, now i'm 5lbs away from my heaviest again, you can tell he's not best pleased. Here's another one - how about being full after eating hardly anything, I miss that feeling.
