Just a note to say a big thank you to the people who answered my questions and supported me when I was struggling, I have started my refeed today ( a week early) but I was so ready for it!
The people on hear are amazing and although I didn't post a lot I really enjoyed reading the posts and it's fabulous to know you are not alone. I have only met one other person who has done this diet, so you people are invaluable.
