    I have read so many motivating stories since I have been CD'ing I thought I would add my own....

    Earlier this year I was fed up, fat and forty. Friends had started Cambridge and I was very down on it, saying it was extreme and mad. Then I saw how much weight they were losing, changed my tune rapidly and decided to give it a go.

    Apart from heartburn in the early weeks I have had no side effects and have honestly not felt hungry. In July and August I was 100% SS. Since the start of September I have had various social meals out planned so have been doing my own version of SS+/810 - which has involved being SS Sunday-Thursday and eating out on Fridays and/or Saturdays. This has worked for me and I have still been losing a fair bit of weight.

    On 1st July this year I was 13 stone 5lb, Size 18 on top and Size 16 bottoms (I'm 5 ft 3 in).

    Today I am 9 stone 9lb, Size 12 on top and I have just bought my first Size 10 trousers! I've lost 27% of my starting weight :eek:

    I can honestly say this diet has changed my life and given me my confidence back. I would still like to lose another half stone but not on Cambridge. Time to eat sensibly now!
