Got a new goal date

My friends hen weekend is in Benidorm this time next year and i'm so worried that I won't reach my goal (or even lose anything at all) by then.

How can I get over my diet hang ups? I keep sabotaging myself and i'm not getting anywhere with my weightloss. I'm not getting anywhere! Aarrrrggh! :sigh:
 
Buy yourself some smaller clothes, ones you want to be wearing on your weekend in Benidorm, and put them around the house.
Every time you want to eat just look at the lovely small clothes and picture yourself in them.....it's what I do, cheers me up when I'm feeling rubbish!
 
Thanks, I have one pair of jeans that is 2 sizes too small in the same style as my all time favourite jeans that literally fell apart (RIP jeans) and some sexy lingerie that I wore when I first met my husband (4-5 sizes too small :() that I keep getting out and trying on to keep me motivated but it doesn't seem to work.

I think I might try putting up my fat pics on the fridge and cupboard and see if that stops me.
