Got my shakes and ready to roll!!

    Hello there

    Well after all that stressing on losing weight in time for tonight start. I have got my shakes, my CDC does talk some!!! Blimey But got and I am ready to rock and roll tomorrow morning. I got a pouch of all the flavours of shakes and doubled up on a couple. I only got 2 soups as they dont seem that appealing. i got vegetable and Oriental Chilli!

    So first thing 2moro I am onto it!!!

    Oh next weigh in is on Tursday as I am in Wales next weekend!!!!

    Whoooop, Whooop, here we go!!! Oh I will update my signature after too!

    Good luck with it, i'm sure you will do great. I personally really like chick/mushroom soup not too keen on others. Hope you have a great wkend. xx

    Have fun! I've just completed week 2 - weigh-in tomorrow. Hope you get on OK. 've found it really easy but was hungry for about 5 days. Water is the key! Not hungry anymore and my own scales tell me I'm still losing about 2 lbs a day.
    Personally, I LOVE the soups especially oriental chili but everyone is different!

    I prefer the shakes but when desperate for something savoury I have a soup with a bit of curry powder in. I am not the best example in the world though [see my ticker]!

    Re the cheating my CDC said I should not tell you this but if you are going to cheat have tuna which has been throughly rinsed and it should not affect your ketosis!!!

    I wanna be good I really do!!!
